Meet Captain Jean-Luc Quackard, commander of the finest vessel in the bathtub fleet. He has a gleaming bald dome, distinguished grey sideburns and a red and black uniform tugged down with the authority of a duck who has given a lot of speeches. His combadge is polished. His posture is impeccable. His beak is, regrettably, still a beak.
He boldly goes where no duck has gone before, which so far is mostly the cup holder. He drinks his tea Earl Grey, hot, and does not appreciate when you put him next to the rubber ducks who keep humming the theme song. When the dashboard gets bumpy, he simply sits taller and orders the crew to engage.
